Bálamo is more than a restaurant. It is a meeting place where customers can enjoy the best seafood and a unique space as well, due to the design, the decoration and the large size of 4,200 m2 divided into different areas, with a capacity of 700 diners.
Bálamo opened its doors in November 2018 in Alcorcón (Community of Madrid), with the idea of showing its customers a unique, special and surprising place. A cuisine desired by many and Bálamo makes available to all.
The decoration is reminiscent of the industrial style and is presided over by the largest indoor vertical garden in Europe, that can be seen from almost every angle of the restaurant with a truly surprising environmental impact.
This restaurant turns around the rhythm of the unique blue Molteni kitchen. Thanks to its high quality materials and great attention to details, Molteni provides safety, robustness and reliability to meet the most demanding customers. ‘Creating moments’, as Óscar Garcia, the owner said.
