MICHELIN-STARRED EXCELLENCE WITH MOLTENI
Le Pavillon Ledoyen is a well-known Parisian restaurant located in the Carré Ledoyen of the Champs-Élysées gardens. Since his arrival on the 1st of July, 2014 and the extension of the operating concession for 15 years by the City of Paris, Yannick Alléno works to revive Pavillon Ledoyen, a Parisian institution and temple of gastronomy since 1792.
Enthusiastic, he devotes his life to the strong French cuisine, which rich of heritage, ambition and gives him the opportunity to make outstanding creations. He laid the foundation for a complete identity-based cuisine: “La cuisine moderne”.
In 2019, the Pavillon Ledoyen enters the highly exclusive circle of one of the most Michelin starred establishments of France. With the announcement of the first Michelin star awarded to L'Abysse and then three stars for the Alléno Paris gourmet restaurant, Pavillon Ledoyen has become a four Michelin-starred establishment.
Yannick Alléno explains that this professional kitchen project in a luxurious environment was very ambitious and challenging as they had to accept the constraints of DS Lab. DS Lab designed the solution and made it successfully come to life with Molteni.
